APEX Launches 12-Month Transformation Journey with Allen Forte

On Friday, August 8th, 2025, at 8:00 AM, our APEX team came together — in person and online via Teams — to launch something extraordinary: a 12-month transformation journey led by Allen Forte, a renowned executive coach whose leadership experience spans both the highest levels of government and the business world.

Allen’s impressive background includes 23.5 years of distinguished military service, during which he worked directly with Presidents of the United States and served under the leadership of General Colin Powell. His career has been defined by building leaders, shaping strategy, and helping organizations operate at their very best.

From the start, we made it clear: this isn’t a “motivational” program. Motivation can be a spark that fades; transformation changes the way we think, work, and live.

Each month, we’ll take one core module and let it marinate — applying it in our work, our relationships, and our daily lives. This isn’t about learning in theory; it’s about living it out in practice.

Allen’s kickoff message set the tone: Purpose over profit. Vision over task. Building trust that lasts. Doing the “successful things” daily — listening, respecting, and being patient. He reminded us that we’re not just here to do a job; we’re here to build something meaningful, together.

At APEX, we believe in being better today than we were yesterday — as people and as a company. That means investing in our growth, challenging ourselves, and holding one another to the highest standard of excellence. We know that when our people grow, our products get better, our customers win, and our communities benefit.

For those considering joining us in the future, know this: you won’t just find a place to work here — you’ll find a place of purpose and growth.

The journey has begun. We can’t wait to see where this takes us — together.
